The Weekend is finally here. Since most of you are still on spring break you are either studying or celebrating. But whatever you are doing would probably require you to dress up. So, here are some amazing outfit ideas to dress up for the weekend, whatever it may look like.
1. The Study Outfit
It’s very necessary to have outfits for everything. Studying without getting dressed can actually lead to laziness and demotivation. If you get dressed it makes your body feel that you are supposed to be doing something important. Hence, wearing a pretty study outfit while you dress up for an epic weekend is essential.
What to wear: A study outfit needs to be comfortable. Wear a nice pair of pants or leggings with a shirt dress and a headband. You can also wear a nice sweater with a pair of jeans. You will feel ready to get prepared for those exams right away.
2. The Brunch Outfit
If you are a weekend lover much like myself, you ought to have some amazing brunch plans. Brunch is usually a little formal and calm, you have to have a bit of elegance when you go for a brunch. Since brunch is in the morning, you should wear lighter colors.
What to wear: TheQueen recommends wearing a white skater dress with nude pumps for the morning brunch. If you want to be a little casual but still elegant, go for an off shoulder light blue t-shirt and white pants with a pair of wedges. The idea is to look like you woke up as serene as ever.
3. The Girls Day In Outfit
Sometimes we don’t really want to go out, but that doesn’t mean we should stay in our PJs all day long. I mean if you want to, you totally can, I personally like being dressed. It is also true that you get more done when you are dressed, and you can invite your girls over and watch a nice movie.
What to wear: A girls day in calls for casual and chic outfits. Wear a plain red or white t-shirt with your denim shorts and a floral kimono. It’s not only comfortable but also totally Instagram-worthy!
4. Formal Dinner
A lot of the times we have to go to a formal dinner with our parents, and if you are older with clients. There are always times when you have to look as if you belong to the royal family (And you totally do, you are all part of our Queendom!) A dinner doesn’t always mean black-tie, but it is a custom to look decent.
What to wear: Go for a classic LBD, this will save you time and doesn’t require much time to put together. Pair it with black heels and put your hair in a bun and you are good to go!
5. Parttyyyy (The only time we want to dress up For The weekend)
Although most of you girls are heading into exams and might not have the time to focus on going out, some of you might have plans. It’s always great to take time off all the workload and just go out to drink and dance. It’s necessary to try and socialize every once in a while especially in this digital age, so if you have the time go and have some fun and meet new people and gain new memories.
What to wear: Going out at night means looking like a total fashionista. Wear a sequin dress with small earrings and your hair in big girls. Top it off with some gorgeous black ankle boot heels and you are officially ready to slay.
That was all for now darlings, let us know if you tried out any of these looks because we love hearing from you! For now, go and check out how to wear red (because why not?)
