Hey beautiful people,
I know that a lot of you love being healthy and staying healthy, however, as we are in the holidays keeping that routine gets a little hard. In the winters we are just lazier and we know and accept it, however that is no reason to stop our workout and turn down the toning up of our body.
Here are some ways that will motivate you to workout and keep the routine going.
1. Workout in the morning
Here is the simplest way to keep any good routine, do it in the morning. Workouts that are done in the morning time also keep the body more active throughout the day. As you help the blood circulation you also allow yourself to be more aware of your surroundings and hence you can be a lot more productive in the day.
2. Do shorter workouts
Now, everyone works out for a different reason hence the amount of time they invest in working out will always be different. However, if you are realizing that you are slacking off your workout routine the best way to go is do it less, it’s better than not doing it at all, right? Find workout routines that can be done in a shorter span of time, slowly you can increase how much time you put in and stay active.
3. Use Instagram For Motivation
Instagram is possibly the best platform to get any type of motivation. Just get following a bunch of fitness people and fitness pages so that you constantly see people staying fit. Try to follow people who workout because of the same reason you do it- are you trying to gain? Find the influencers that are also trying to gain. Do you just want a healthy lifestyle? Find someone who reminds you of that lifestyle. The more you remember why you started the easier it is to stay on track.
4. Use Technology
There are so many apps that have been created to keep us healthy and moving. Since technology is advancing at this rate so should we. Download apps like Fabulous, 7 Minutes Workout, Nike Training Club, etc. We are always on our phones and these apps will be there right in front of your eyes reminding you to workout. Fabulous has a great way to help you create habits, 7 Minutes Workout tells you just how even on a busy day you can stay fit and Nike Training Club has some amazing tips and routines. Use your phone to your benefit.
5. Do Some Challenge
Finally, get involved in challenges by workout influencers. These are ways to get into a fitness community and get involved with people with similar targets to yours. Also, a workout challenge is always fun to do and once you have done it for a few days you don’t want to just leave it. Challenges help motivate you and also push you if you dare to be fit. So get involved! If you can’t find one online (People like Cassey Ho and Jen Selter always have some challenges going on) or prefer riding solo there are also apps that give you workout challenges so download those!
That’s all for today beautiful people. At the end of the day what you have to remember is that a healthy lifestyle goes a long way. Happy Holidays!
